How to request a refund

Payments for Policly are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, sign in to paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout — you'll see your orders and a refund option against each one.

You can also email support@policly.io with your order reference and we'll arrange it for you.

How long it takes

Once approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes refunds within 3–5 business days; your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund, but you can still request one within 30 days of your most recent payment under this policy.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — almost everything can be resolved more quickly directly.
